Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics support, or control tower functions. Advanced MS Excel skills and knowledge of data analysis tools. Monitor warehouse operations in real-time using dashboards and control tower tools. Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement areas. Support SOP compliance and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in capacity planning, shift planning, and resource allocation based on operational trends. Provide timely escalation and resolution of critical operational issues.

Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
